Our JOFR-01 is suitable for Airbus A319, A320, A330/340, etc. and Boeing B-787 or similar aircrafts resupply, with lifting height from 2750/2900mm up to 6000mm. Built on any truck brand available, Mercedes, Benz, IVECO, Renault, Volvo, Man. GVW within 15 and 18Tn.
Isotherm or Refrigerated autonomous or connected equiment available. Main brands installed are Thermo King, Carrier or Zanotti Conditioning/Refrigeration systems.
Electrical system available on CANBUS installation. Remote diagnosis via System Modem optional.

Body
- Van body isotherm/refrigerated, 6.000mm - 7.000mm exterior length, 2470mm exterior width and 2450mm height.
- Left side access door, front slide door and Husky rear door.
- Front and rear clearance lights and two ceiling recessed led lights
- Special wiring for rear and front camera installation.
- Frontal reinforcement for front guides assembly.
- Floor finished in rice grain patterned type fiber with trolley fastener.
- Rear right panel reinforment for ice transport assembly and rear access.
Lifting System
- Scissors lifting system with 4,5 Tn lifting capacity, 6m maximun working height and 2.3m minimum height.
- Built over auxiliary UPN chassis of 160mm and 140mm chassis. Scissosr built with structural frames rails 160 x 80 x 8mm and flat bar reinformcements of 70 x 10mm along all perimeter.
- Hydraulic equipment consisting on two cylinders of 20T each one, four stabilizing cylinders and one cylinder to move platform forward/backwards
- 24v Pump motor installation and manual pump for emergencies.
- Transfer platform to aircraft made with structural tubes with sliding capacity forward and flip down hatch. Floor platform made in non‐skid aluminium.
Electrical System
- Manufacture and assembly of electrical safety according to airport regulations AHM 927, switchboard connections and two boxes of manoeuvres, one cabin inside and another on the inside of the van body.
