At TALLERES JOFRAUTO we are dedicated to the maintenance, repair and manufacture of vehicles for supplying and accessing aircraft of the N1, N2, N3, O3, O4 Categories in complete phase.  Our main goal is to ensure that our customers, current and future, fully trust that the products and services, we supply, will meet the established requirements, giving adequate satisfaction to the needs that motivated them to acquire such products and services. That’s why we are focus in Approval control and there is an effective system of legislative updating

That’s why we are focus in Approval control and there is an effective system of legislative updating TALLERES JOFRAUTO`S Quality System and Production Conformity (COP) ruled by UNE EN ISO 9001:2015 Norm and Unidad de Certificación del Automovil (UCA) and the applicated regulation aims to promote the participation of all employees, making them aware of the importance of their activities and how they contribute to achieving the objectives of Quality and assurance of Production Conformity

TALLERES JOFRAUTO`S management is responsible for establishing measures aimed at achieving this fundamental objective, and the monitoring and evaluation of the results obtained.

The policy is developed through the Quality Management System and Production Conformity (COP)and translates into a new customer focused culture, stakeholders and guided to the continuous improvement, based on the following principles

  • Quality and innovation are strategic elements for the operation of the company.
  • There is a strong commitment that the legal and regulatory requirements established in the development of our activities are met. Likewise, other requirements to be subscribed by the Organization will be taken into account and fulfilled. Whenever possible, JOFRAUTO TALLERES will try to be more demanding with these requirements.We are committed to understanding the current and future needs of our customers, stakeholders, and meeting their requirements and making an effort to surpass their expectations.
  • We are committed to planning our activities in such way to ensure compliance with the requirements, guaranteeing continuous improvement
  • All our raw materials are measured according to established quality standards and each supplier must comply with quality standards• We are firmly committed to continually improving the effectiveness of the Quality System by encouraging relationships with our customers.
  • Quality objectives will be regularly set out, communicating the commitments made by the Organization to employees. In order to implement these targets, Management will ensure the availability of the information and resources deemed necessary
  • We will create a suitable working environment for staff to be involved in achieving the common objectives of the organization, improving communications that facilitate teamwork, individual recognition and suggestions for improvement
  • The Management will lead and promote the Quality Management System, ensuring that the Organization works around the established principles in this policy and it has been adopted voluntarily
  • The management together with the Quality and Approval Manager periodically reviews the Production Compliance Management (CoP) system to ensure its convenience, adequacy and continued effectiveness.
  • We will foster cooperation with external entities, with the aim of achieving a high level of technological action and the involvement of new technologies in our services
  • In each system review, opportunities for system improvement and process control are evaluated, and the needs to make changes to the COP Quality and Compliance system, policy or objectives, and the need for changes are detected. provide new services, if the market requires it.
  • We will maintain a level of innovation in the development of the product and the provision of TALLERES JOFRAUTO services, all within framework of a system QUALITY POLICY in permanent continuous improvement, and through a faithful commitment tocomply with the requirement standard references
