UCA certification, obtained after an exhaustive auditing on our production processes, awards us to offer manufacturing or transformation of any industrial vehicle class, with correspondig approvals along with legal procedures.
The Automobile Certification Unit (Unidad de Certificación del Automóvil, "UCA") at the Foundation for Industrial Innovation is the technical service appointed by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism to perform initial assessments, conformity of production and continuous verification for the type-approval of motor vehicles and their components.
Auditing process includes assessment of the definition and implementation of internal procedures and guidelines defined by the manufacturer for the control of the dispositions on conformity of production according to the various regulatory acts available.
The approval authority of a member State should verify the existence of satisfactory arrangements and procedures to ensure effective control so that components, systems, separate technical units or vehicles, when in production, conform to the approved type. (Point 1.1, Annex X, Reg. EU 371/2010)
