Airport ground service vehicle designed for the most demanding aircrafts.

Catering truck vehicle designed for Airbus A380 resupply. Conmutable System  with high capacity lifting system up to 8.200mm, lateral and forward body displacement, or
convetional aircraft operating mode limited to 6.000mm working height, without displacements.

Isotherm or Refrigerated autonomous or connected equiment available. Main brands installed are Thermo King, Carrier or Zanotti Conditioning/Refrigeration systems.

Electrical system available on CANBUS installation. Remote diagnosis via System Modem  optional.

Up to 26Tm de GVW.

Technology and Equipment

Body

  • Cold storage van body 7800mm exterior lenght, 2550mm exterior width and 2300mm exterior heigth.
  • Manufactured in white GRP laminates.
  • Front and rear clearance lights and two ceiling recessed led lights.
  • Special wiring for rear and front camera installation.
  • Frontal reinforcement for front guides assembly.
  • Floor finished in rice grain patterned type fiber with trolley fastener.
  • Rear door 1200mm wide and front Husky rolling door.

Lifting System

  • Special scissors lift system for A380
  • Scissors structural manufacturing on structural tube 200 x 100 x 10mm thickness, with intermediate stiffners.
  • Auxiliary chassis body aseembly on UPN 140mm forward movable, rollers for body displacement.
  • Hydraulic equipment consisting on two cylinders of 20Tn each, four stabilization cylinders, four floor extensible cylinders, body push cylinder, platform displacement cylinder, and forward movement cylinder.
  • Six port control valve, 24v pump and manbual pump for emergency.
  • Special trasnfer platform for A380 aircrafts manufactured in structural tubes and coated in white lacquered alluminium with light openings.
  • Manufacturing and assembly for lateral platform displacement 600mm to the left.
  • Ceiling box sliding screen manufacture and assembly in white lacquered aluminum.
  • Three heights handrail manufacture in white lacquered aluminum and in their ends crescent-shaped panes adjustable to the aircraft.
  • Platform door access by left side and assembly of stairs for boarding.
  • Emergency controls box manufacture and assembly in chessboard aluminum.

Electric Installation

  • Manufacture and assembly of electrical safety according to airport regulations AHM 926, mounting of a PLC regulation with CAN Bus communication lines.
  • Body lights timer installation.
  • Monitor and rear camera installation at rear end of the body.
  • Aircraft model switching selector according to plane to be fesupplied. In A380 mode 8200mm working height, 3000mm front displacement body, 600mm to the left platform displacement and 1100mm forward platform displacement. In conventional mode, 6000mm working height, without any displacement.
  • Truck autoleveling control device according to aircraft weight increase (lowering down to 700mm).
  • Warning lights installed on every stabilization cylinder an two under de body.
  • Acoustic warning relays when extending jacks and upwards/downwards body movement.
  • Pressure switch on any cylinder por pressure leak detection with indication to operator.
  • Switch device for pressure detection on hydraulic jacks when extending.
  • Electromagnet installation in lateral door for locking when elevated.
  • Ultrasonic sensor and tip sensor for platform forward movement stop.
  • Locking device and sensor on rolling rear door disabling door aperture when elevated or disabling lifting when door is open.
  • Body roof anemometer stopping all operations on windos over 90Km/h.
